Purpose-built for 9mm and subsonic .300 BLK performance, the RICO309 hybrid suppressor is optimized for short-barreled pistol-caliber carbines (PCCs), personal defense weapons (PDWs), and compact suppressed rifles. Engineered using advanced Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and ultra-lightweight Grade 5 titanium, the RICO309 delivers exceptional strength-to-weight performance, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance across demanding environments.
Its monolithic, tubeless architecture integrates a proprietary continuous recirculating flow path directs expanding gases from the blast chamber to the atmosphere, significantly reducing back pressure and minimizing gas blowback away from the shooter. The result is smoother cycling, improved suppression consistency, enhanced barrel harmonics, and minimal point-of-impact shift—shot after shot.

The RICO309 hybrid suppressor is precision-engineered for 9mm and subsonic .300 BLK ammunition, delivering optimized performance through advanced gas management and durable titanium construction. Manufactured using Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) from aerospace-grade Grade 5 titanium, the RICO309 provides exceptional strength-to-weight performance in a monolithic, weld-free design built for long-term reliability in demanding environments. Designed specifically for suppressed subsonic applications, the RICO309 incorporates a proprietary continuous recirculating flow path directs expanding gases from the blast chamber to the atmosphere reducing back pressure and blowback. This system enhances recoil impulse, weapon cycling, and overall system reliability while improving shooter comfort and control across multiple platforms. With no weld seams or stacked components, the additive-manufactured structure maintains tight dimensional tolerances, superior thermal resistance, and rugged structural integrity during sustained fire. Rated to 800°F, the RICO309 retains its internal geometry and suppression performance through rapid or high-volume firing cycles. Naturally corrosion-resistant, the titanium construction is well-suited for extreme field conditions, including wet, muddy, and coastal environments. The exterior is finished in Cerakote C-Series C-102 Graphite Black, providing a non-reflective, matte surface that resists abrasion, chemical exposure, and thermal wear—ensuring long service life and a consistently low visual signature.
