Firearms & NFA Purchases
Firearms and NFA items, including lower receivers, suppressors, and SBRs, purchased through Southern Ways LLC will not incur a transfer fee if local pick up is selected. When choosing to ship a firearm or NFA item, an additional $19 will be added to cover insurance and signature delivery.
If choosing to ship a firearm or NFA item, your preferred FFL and/or SOT information will be required. Please leave your FFL info, including their email address, in the order notes, or contact us regarding your order to expedite the transfer process.
NFA items transferred through Southern Ways LLC will require the additional purchase of a $200 Federal Tax stamp. There will be an additional $30 fee to provide a streamlined transfer process utilizing Silencer Shop's Full Auto paperwork processing system, in conjunction with ATF eForm 4. If fingerprints are not currently registered with Silencer Shop or the ATF, fingerprint cards(provided by Southern Ways) or a Silencer Shop kiosk will be necessary to begin the Form 4 transfer. Please ensure to provide your email address as used in your Silencer Shop profile to expedite the order process. Email and/or phone communication will be case by case throughout the transfer process.

Southern Ways LLC holds no liability on lost or stolen items during transit. Please choose the appropriate shipping/insurance methods to suit your order.
IN STOCK ITEMS
In stock items, excluding firearms and NFA items, will process and ship within 1-7 business days.
Firearms and NFA items may require extra shipping time depending on your FFL and/or SOT selection.
SPECIAL ORDER
Special ordered firearms, including custom requested BEARs, will require 2-3 weeks lead time depending on inventory levels or extent of the customization request. Custom BEAR orders will receive lead time estimation ahead of purchase, as well as receiving any updates that may prolong production.
Custom build requests require a 50% nonrefundable down payment to begin the process. Upon completion and final invoicing, if not paid in full, buyer retains 15 calendar days to complete the transaction or forfeit the purchase.
Custom Cerakote requests may add additional 1-2 weeks to order fulfilment.
PRE-ORDER
Purchasing most items on pre-order, or special product order requests, will require a 5-10 day lead time. Depending on demand and availability, lead times may vary for certain products. You will be notified via email if your order is going to fall beyond the lead time threshold.
Warranty
Southern Ways manufactured firearms are backed with a limited lifetime 100% safety, reliability and satisfaction guarantee. All functional issues will be addressed and amended by Southern Ways LLC; if any part fails during normal usage, and outside of normal wear and tear, the firearm will be inspected and repaired by Southern Ways LLC at no additional cost.
Upon warranty inspection, Southern Ways LLC reserves the right to deem the failure as excessive, abusive, or improper usage and to void any further warranty regarding mishandling or abnormal use.
All product warranty and RMA, including Southern Ways manufactured products, will be handled by the sole product manufacturer.
Firearms warranty and RMA, including Southern Ways manufactured firearms, will be handled only by the sole firearms manufacturer.
Returns
Product returns are accepted, excluding transferred firearms, within 15 calendar days of arrival providing the product remains untampered and in original, unopened manufacturer packaging. Upon issued refund, excluding shipping charges, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of the original product purchase price.
Products damaged upon arrival must be claimed within 7 calendar days, and remain untampered and in original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
Order cancelations outside of the same day will incur a 5% credit card processing fee.

Southern Ways LLC and/or its employees are not liable for any injury or loss of life, or damage to property that may result in conjunction with the use of any product serviced, modified, altered, or in any way obtained from Southern Ways LLC.
Purchaser expressly accepts and voluntarily assumes any and all loss, risks, and responsibilities for purchaser’s own safety and the safety of others and forever releases, remises, foregoes, discharges, waives, covenants not to sue, and relinquishes all legal rights, claims and causes of action for any and all bodily injury, death and property damage or losses he/she has or may have against Southern Ways LLC resulting or relating to the purchase, use, operation, installation, repair, modification, alteration, service, maintenance, malfunction, sale of any item or service provided by Southern Ways LLC.
No warranty is expressed or implied for damage or injury as a result of the installation, modification, alteration, addition or use of any product obtained from Southern Ways LLC. It is the sole responsibility of Buyer to ensure that any and all, State or Local laws or ordinances regarding the purchase, possession, or use of any products obtained from Southern Ways LLC are adhered to; determine the suitability of any product for specific use and to manage their firearm in a safe manner.
CAUTION! Improper installation or use of any of the products obtained from Southern Ways LLC may result in damage to property, severe injury, or loss of life. Installation of parts or accessories should only be performed by qualified persons such as a licensed gunsmith or armorer.
Disassembly of firearm, installation or removal of parts or accessories, reassembly of firearms, and testing should be performed in accordance with the firearms manufacturer’s instructions. Check for proper fit and function before firing.
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Southern Ways LLC harmless for any liability, damages and injuries arising out of this transaction and VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ANY AND ALL LOSS, RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PURCHASER’S OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS ARISING OUT OF ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, PART OR ITEM, PURCHASED, INSTALLED, MODIFIED BY SOUTHERN WAYS LLC, OR THE USE THEREOF.
The terms contained herein are contractual and not mere recitals. Purchaser fully agrees to the terms of this Disclaimer by proceeding with their purchase.
