The carrier's exterior surfaces are then bead blasted for the DLC. Our proprietary dual-layer process ensures every corner of the carrier is protected.

The All-Rounder Carbine Grit Cutter Bolt Carrier Group (ARC BCG) is our individually proof tested and mag particle inspected bolt with an inner diameter bolt run that is machined tighter than competitor offerings. We gas nitride the bolt carrier before applying a DLC finish to give you a much more durable product. This gives the bolt a “Just Right” gas seal inside of the carrier which increases gas efficiency and service life. Nearly all M16 BCG manufacturers do not compensate for the lack of chrome plating in a TDP bolt carrier, but we make up the difference with our tight tolerance machining. Our Grit Cutter BCGs come with machined debris channels, extended carrier stability rails, and belly relief cuts for loaded magazine insertion.

Our bolt is shot-peened Crucible Carpenter 158®, and individually proof tested to guarantee service life.
