Built to the highest quality standards, this optics-ready AR is designed for hard use and long term reliabilty; backed by Southern Ways' limited lifetime warranty.

All custom built firearms have been test fired to ensure reliable function. Adjustable gas block equipped ARs have been tuned for 3-4 o'clock ejection and bolt hold using supersonic ammunition, unsuppressed.

 

Upper Build:

Upper Receiver- Anderson Manufacturing, AM-15; machined 7075-T6 forging, type III hard coat anodized, no forward assist

Barrel- RTB; 7.5″, 1:7, rigid profile, pistol gas, 4150 CrMoV, dimpled for gas port alignment

Muzzle- KAK, mini comp; closed bottom compensator, phosphate finish

Gas Block- Mil-spec, fixed; .750″ journal, nitride finish, properly torqued, loctite 242 applied set screws

Gas Tube- QPQ melonite finish, coiled roll pin

Handguard/Rail- KAK; 7.2″, 6061-T6, M-LOK, anti-slip, anti-rotate

BCG/Bolt Carrier Group- RTB, Nitride; 9310 bolt, 8620 carrier, 4140 phosphate extractor, properly seated/staked 4130 steel gas key, MPI, polished nitride finish

Charging Handle- TSD, ambi; 6061-T6, ambidextrous

Lower Build:

Lower Receiver- Anderson Manufacturing, AM-15, integrated trigger guard; machined 7075-T6 forging, type III hard coat anodized

FCG/Trigger Group- RTB, Nickel Teflon; single stage, 5 lb

Safety Selector- CMMG, 60* throw

Bolt Catch- Mil spec, phosphate

Mag Catch- Mil spec, nitride

Grip- B5 Systems, Type 23; high impact, heat resistant, high traction texturing

Buffer/Tube/Spring- KAK Carbine; 7075-T6, 6 postition tube, carbine weight buffer

Endplate/Castle Nut- Mil-spec, 2x staked, phosphate finish

Pistol Brace- SB Tactical, SBA3

Pins/Springs/Detents- Mil spec; QPQ pivot and takedown pins, stainless steel detents, pins, springs and plungers
